Description

: 

Marfields Group, visionary real estate developer behind some of the island's most distinguished projects, is seeking an experienced
Rental Property Manager

to oversee its portfolio of premium residential rental properties. This includes the exclusive long-term rental residences within
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Limassol

, as well as additional high-end projects across the company's portfolio.

The Rental Property Manager will hold full accountability for the portfolio's operational, financial, and service performance, acting as the principal liaison for tenants and ensuring that every residence meets Marfields standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marfields residential rental portfolio.
  • Oversee the end-to-end leasing process: marketing, tenant screening, lease agreements, renewals, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring professional communication, problem resolution, and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service delivery in collaboration with in-house teams and external contractors.
  • Monitor financial performance: rent collection, invoicing, expense management, and reporting.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on occupancy, income, expenses, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws, tenancy regulations, and brand standards.
  • Continuously improve operational processes to enhance tenant satisfaction, portfolio performance, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or luxury hospitality real estate.
  • Strong expertise in lease administration, tenant relations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage premium residential assets with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven track record in client-facing roles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian and  Greek is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Cyprus real estate and tenancy regulations is highly desirable.
