Position Summary

The Customer Care Officer is a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout their journey with Square One. From supporting clients after a sales agreement to delivering properties and providing assistance during the warranty period, this role ensures client satisfaction and maintains strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with all required information following the completion of sales agreements.
  • Manage client requests for property customization, including interior design, furniture, appliances, and layout alterations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, including organizing meetings when necessary.
  • Liaise with the Project Management and Design Teams for updates on construction and design progress.
  • Oversee the property handover process to clients.
  • Support clients during the property warranty period.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Greek is essential, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role is required, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a strong advantage, providing familiarity with processes and terminology.
  • A university degree, preferably in business, communications, real estate, or a related field.
