Position: Conversion Agent
Location: Cyprus (Local candidates or those covering their own relocation expenses)
About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and driven Conversion Agents to join our team in Cyprus. You will leverage your language skills and sales acumen to engage with clients across multiple European markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with clients in Italian, Dutch, German, French, Portuguese or Swedish.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive conversions.
- Sales Strategy:
- Utilize proven sales techniques to meet and exceed conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategies for different markets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or conversion role.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Dutch, German, French, Swedish and Portuguese.
- Must be either a local resident of Cyprus or willing to cover relocation expenses.
