Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with senior management goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of customer support and trade support analysts.
  • Manage end-to-end trading system performance (primarily MetaTrader 4/5 and proprietary platforms).
  • Oversee daily platform monitoring, incident resolution, and escalation procedures to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and product teams to uphold regulatory standards and improve operational processes.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects to enhance system capabilities and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data to produce actionable insights and performance reports.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency and client outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership experience within financial trading operations, ideally in forex or CFD brokerage environments.
  • Strong proficiency with MetaQuotes trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and familiarity with proprietary trading systems.
  • Skilled in operational risk management, compliance, and incident handling in regulated markets (e.g., FCA, CySEC).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven company with a growth mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
