The Operations Project Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by overseeing end-to-end technical projects, optimizing lifecycle processes. This position acts as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, aligning supply chain, production and operations workflows to deliver seamless execution while maintaining a strong customer focus.

As a Cognyter you will:

Lead end-to-end execution of technical operations projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are metDevelop and implement cross-functional operations projects, coordinating stakeholders across Operations, R&D, Engineering, Deployment, and Support to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate with Purchasing, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Inventory teams to maintain operational continuity and achieve project goalsFacilitate clear communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project milestones, deliverables, and risksMonitor and analyze project lifecycle data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, drive improvements, and report progress to operations leadershipTrack, analyze, and report on project performance, ensuring visibility for leadership and stakeholders Requirements

For that mission you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in operations or supply chain environmentsStrong background in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, quality, and customer-facing groupsAbility to understand and communicate technical requirements and constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data, project metrics, and risk scenariosStrong leadership in guiding cross-functional teams, often without direct authorityProficiency in ERP / CRM systems and Data toolsExceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
