To cut a long story short, we're on the hunt for a Direct Response Creative Strategist to help us grow one of our B2C brands' creative performance. Turning insights into ideas that make people

What You'll Do:

  • Create high-converting paid social ads with the help of our designers.
  • Research consumer psychology and competitor ads for new angles.
  • Analyze ad performance on Meta and TikTok.
  • Write briefs based on performance insights.
  • Research and generate new ideas and angles to test.
  • Be on top of trends and AI tools.
  • Facilitate collaboration across the creative, media buying, and UGC teams to keep everyone aligned
  • Oversee creative strategy, ensuring the right balance of quality, quantity, and testing speed.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet performance-driven standards.
  • Contribute to building and strengthening our inside/remote creative team by sharing knowledge, supporting collaboration, and helping shape processes.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years in performance creatives.
  • CREATIVE PERSON
  • Data-driven and focused on testing.
  • Have strong understanding of conversion-first creatives.
  • Experienced with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Able to balance creative and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-heavy environment.
  • Looking for a full-time, part-time but long-term role with a passionate team.
  • Big plus if you come from a hands-on editing and/or copywriting background.
