Role Description

We're looking for a 
Casino Operations Manager
 to oversee day-to-day platform performance, manage game operations, and ensure everything across the casino ecosystem runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands online casino operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can coordinate between multiple teams to keep the platform stable, engaging, and compliant.

You will work closely with Product, Risk, Marketing, Customer Support, and external game providers to monitor performance, support launches, and ensure an exceptional player experience.

This is a full-time remote position requiring strong ownership and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations

• Oversee the online casino platform to ensure all games, features, and systems are operating smoothly.
• Monitor game performance, player activity, and system alerts to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage game releases, updates, bug fixes, and maintenance schedules.

Risk & Player Activity Monitoring

• Track player behavior to detect suspicious activity, potential fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to escalate issues and support investigations.

Promotions & Campaign Execution

• Assist in launching, testing, and monitoring promotions, tournaments, and bonus campaigns.
• Ensure promotional terms are applied correctly and players receive rewards without delays.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Customer Support to resolve escalations and ensure smooth player experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Product, and Tech teams on promotions, game releases, and operational improvements.
• Prepare internal updates and communicate operational changes across teams.

Provider & Aggregator Management

• Maintain communication with game providers and aggregators.
• Coordinate on game issues, release schedules, and performance insights.
• Track new content and ensure timely rollout across relevant markets.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in online casino operations, game management, product operations and similar iGaming roles.
• Strong understanding of casino platforms, game providers, and operational workflows.
• Ability to interpret player behaviour, analytics dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with fraud patterns, bonus abuse, and risk flags in iGaming.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
• English level B2+.
