Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Accountant
to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing VAT and VIES reports, assisting in audit preparation, and communicating with clients and authorities in
Greek, English, and Russian
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for Cypriot and international clients.
  • Prepare and submit VAT, VIES, and Social Insurance returns.
  • Reconcile bank statements, creditors, and debtors.
  • Assist with management reports and financial statements under IFRS.
  • Communicate with clients, auditors, and the Tax Department in Greek and English.
  • Support the team in day-to-day accounting and administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting firm or corporate services company.
  • Excellent command of
    Greek, English, and Russian
    (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. E-soft, Intelisoft, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of VAT and Cyprus tax legislation.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.

Will be considered an advantage:

  • Membership or trainee membership in
    ICPAC
    ,
    ACCA
    , or
    CPA
    .
  • Experience with international structures and cross-border transactions.
