Anti-Fraud Team Manager
to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
In this key position, you will be responsible for safeguarding our business operations by detecting and investigating fraudulent patterns. Your role will be to contribute to the definition, development and implementation of the Anti-Fraud Strategies of our group of companies.

Your role at HFM:

  • Proactively engaging with First line product and services stakeholders to advise on the design of systems, controls and risks pertaining to anti-fraud
  • Escalating and providing feedback to identified fraud risks and issues to Senior Management and C-level
  • Cooperating with management in defining Group standards to managing fraud risks and making sure that they applied across systems with controls that adequately address and monitor related risks.
  • Providing input to design and execution of anti fraud solutions, controls monitoring and testing programs.
  • Define and contribute to the development of new risk parameters and the continuous improvement of existing fraud detection models to reduce false positives.

Requirements

  • Strong track record Fraud Prevention Financial Services sector, with proven experience in system development, integration, and Security solutions.
  • Proven experience in reporting and data analytics, with strong skills in data visualisation, querying, and interpreting complex datasets to motivate business decisions.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of AI technology, machine learning model is a plus.
  • Strong managerial skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve strategic objectives effectively.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner Seminars or Certification would be a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding as a minimum of DAX language for the handling of data models.
