Marketing Manager Team Leader
to take ownership of all marketing products and platforms, ensuring they are strategically developed, optimized, and aligned with business goals.

Your role at HFM:
Product Ownership - Marketing Platforms & Tools

  • Own the roadmap, development, and performance of all marketing-owned digital products, including:

  • Main Website / Landing Pages

  • Email & Marketing Automation Systems (CRM, Push, SMS, In-App Messaging)
  • Referral / Loyalty Programs
  • Customer Journey & Funnel Flows (Onboarding, Activation, Re-engagement)

  • Global Marketing strategy planning and execution

  • Define feature requirements based on business goals, user behavior, and internal stakeholder needs.

  • Prioritize features based on ROI, scalability, and impact on performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Lead marketing participation in multi-department product launches and initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between Marketing, Product, Dev, BI, and Operations to ensure every feature is market-ready and conversion-optimized.
  • Translate marketing needs into technical requirements and ensure delivery is aligned.

Performance & Optimization

  • Constantly analyze user journeys, engagement metrics, email performance, and conversion data.
  • Recommend improvements through A/B testing, automation enhancements, or UX adjustments.
  • Work with BI to build metrics dashboards and track the impact of every feature or automation.

Internal Advocacy & Enablement

  • Train internal stakeholders on how to use and leverage marketing platforms effectively.
  • Develop documentation, best practices, and playbooks for internal adoption.
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability across regions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Marketing, CRM / Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Product Management with strong technical coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer funnels, retention loops, and behavioral marketing.
  • Can speak both "marketing language" and "product/dev language."
  • Skilled in project scoping, feature documentation, and stakeholder management.

Advanced Capabilities (Considered a Strong Plus)

  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization tools.
  • Understanding of user segmentation and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with UX/UI collaboration (not as a designer, but as a product thinker).
