Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and internal workflows
  • Prepare operational reports
  • Oversee invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor billing accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between ASBIS and external vendors, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
  • Identify and implement improvements in operational procedures and tools
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Collaborate with departments within the company to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2-3+ years in operations, administration, or vendor management (preferably in IT distribution or tech sectors)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • English language is required; additional languages (e.g., Greek, Russian) is a plus
