On behalf of our client,
a Group of the companies - who provides support services in different fields - Marketing, Fintech, IT etc,
we are looking to hire a
Tech Engineer – IT Support
who will be responsible for the support of the Group of companies,
for Limassol.

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshooting and support endpoint users.

· Troubleshooting on a corporate LAN.

· Network planning, and configuration of network equipment.

· Administration and setup of VMware ESXi, VCenter.

· Administration of Azure AD, AD.

· Customer support, switches & routers.

· Mikrotik, FortiGate, Ubiquity Unify AP Ubiquity switches – advantage.

· Administration of Office 365 – must.

· Setup and support Windows servers - must

· Setup and support Linux servers – must

Requirements:

· BSc in Computer science, Information Technology or any related field.

· Proven prior experience and success in a similar role.

· Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content deliver, and caching.

· Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (Microsoft Azure).

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Windows servers and Linux.

  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills – able to plan, prioritize and organize.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
