Senior Compliance Officer
Location:
Limassol, Cyprus
Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a compliance role within the Forex industry, with hands-on experience related to
CySEC
and
Mauritius
regulatory requirements - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field (law degree not mandatory) - Licensing:
Prior involvement with
CySEC
and
Mauritius Forex licensing
is
required - Certifications:
Compliance-related certifications are considered a plus - Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices
- Experience in reviewing and managing contracts and agreements for regulatory alignment
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and risk assessment skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements (including CySEC and Mauritius)
- Monitor and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and oversee company-wide compliance operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies
- Review and manage contracts and agreements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Provide ongoing compliance support and training to internal teams
