We are looking for an experienced
Compliance Officer
to support licensing requirements, monitor regulatory obligations, and ensure all operations follow applicable laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance frameworks and internal controls.
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements ( EU standards / local laws depending on jurisdiction).
  • Review marketing materials, communications, and client-facing content to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain compliance reports and documentation.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and staff training.
  • Liaise with regulators and external legal advisors when necessary.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping, KYC/AML procedures, and operational compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Compliance within fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent command of English; clear and precise communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with international regulatory bodies is an advantage.
