Neoflow is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in Limassol and help us maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance across our crypto and fiat payment operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring full KYC/AML compliance
  • Monitor crypto transactions and escalate potential issues to the MLRO
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and audit trails
  • Support internal compliance reviews and regulatory reporting
  • Assist with policy updates and staff compliance training
  • Conduct ongoing due diligence

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with Sumsub or similar compliance platforms
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations, particularly in crypto
  • Familiarity with EU financial regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to maintaining compliance standards
