on behalf of our client, a group of luxury fashion stores, is seeking to recruit an
Import Coordinator
in Limassol.

About the role

Lead end-to-end import coordination and inbound operations, partnering with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to deliver collections on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB), HS codes, and customs clearance.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, banks for letters of credits, and authorities; to ensure on-time deliveries and compliance.
  • Plan inbound scheduling, receiving, and put-away; coordinate distribution to stores/warehouse.
  • Maintain precise shipment records, landed cost calculations, and ERP updates.
  • Track logistics KPIs, resolve exceptions (delays, damages, shortages), and drive process improvements.
  • Reconcile Overseas Creditors Accounts and prepare import reports to the management

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience in imports/logistics/supply chain; retail or consumer goods preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures, incoterms, and shipping documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management.
  • Very good command of Greek and English.
