On behalf of a well-funded property development startup, we're hiring a
Junior Office Innovator
—a unique entry-level role for ambitious graduates ready to learn fast and grow.

Looking for your first real break in business?
This isn't just another admin role. Yes, you'll be making coffee and filing documents—but you'll also be managing sales enquiries, keeping the CEO organized, and
exploring AI tools that could transform how we work.

This is a hands-on role at the core of the business. You'll take care of the essentials—welcoming visitors, organizing key documents, helping new team members get set up, answering calls, and keeping the CEO's calendar running smoothly. At the same time, you'll get involved in our sales process—managing enquiries through our CRM, supporting the team, and ensuring our buyers and partners have a great experience.

Over time, you'll carve your own path:

  • Sales & CRM Administrator
    – coordinating enquiries and supporting the sales journey.
  • AI & Automation Specialist
    – introducing new systems and efficiencies across the company.

We're looking for someone ambitious,
adaptable
, and curious—someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves for everyday tasks while also hungry to take on bigger challenges. If you'd rather focus on real-world learning than on titles and degrees, this could be the opportunity that sets you apart.
Any degree or background is welcome—as long as you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
