Η θέση απευθύνεται σε επγγελματίες που αγαπούν τη ζαχαροπλαστική και θέλουν να εργαστούν σε περιβάλλον fine dining με υψηλές προδιαγραφές ποιότητας και αισθητικής.

Καθήκοντα:
  • Παρασκευή και εκτέλεση γλυκών και desserts σύμφωνα με τα standards του εστιατορίου
  • Διασφάλιση ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και συνέπειας
  • Συνεργασία με τον Pastry Chef και την υπόλοιπη ομάδα κουζίνας
  • Εφαρμογή κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων (HACCP)
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν, ιδιαίτερα σε fine dining, 5* hotels ή upscale restaurants
  • Δημιουργικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και αγάπη για τη γλυκιά δημιουργία
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
