Position summary/ Responsibilities 
​​​​The Chef de Partie is responsible for working and supervising an assigned area or section in the kitchen, including all tasks related to food production within the section.  The Chef de Partie follows the instructions given by the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine to ensure the quality and consistency is maintained and takes responsibility to organize and supervise the activities of the cooks to support the same goals.

  • Experience in a high-volume operation, working with international teams
  • Hands-on, cuisine oriented primary skill set
  • Good management and leadership qualities
  • Understanding of Food cost
  • Strong sense of teamwork
Work schedule- shifts
​​​​​​​Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation, 6 days /week, 9 hours per shift with a total of 1 hour break.

Remarks 

​​​​​​​When working in CY Public Holidays the payment per working day will be extra paid. Training will be provided

Job Location
​​​​​​​Based in City of Dreams Limassol, with flexibility to work from all Satellite Casinos within Cyprus

  • Basic NET Salary:   2297€/month X 13 Months
  • No flight ticket will be provided
  • Accomodation is to be provided by the company covering all utility bills     

NON-EU employee

  • Basic NET Salary: 1575€/month X 13 months
  • Flight Tickets :  Upon Arrival and Departure       
  • Accomodation is to be provided by the company covering all utility bills  
NET SALARIES OF THE NON-EU EMPLOYEES ARE LOWER DUE TO LOCAL LAWULATIONS AND TAXES
