MANDYNAMIC is seeking Sous Chef on behalf of well known Chain Restaurants in Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates should have a positive attitude, responsibility and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and executing a variety of dishes
- Directing the preparation of the menu
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and complying with food hygiene standards.
- Smooth collaboration with kitchen staff.
- Monitoring and managing stock to minimize wastage and maintain quality.
Essential Qualifications:
- Team player
- Attention to detail and quality
- Good knowledge of the english and/or Greek
- Experience as chef de partie
- Previous experience as sous chef will be an advantage
- Be able to work in a fast- paced environment
