Affiliate Manager

A fast-growing digital business is looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead the charge on scaling its affiliate and partner marketing channels. This role is critical in driving revenue growth and acquiring new users through strategic affiliate relationships and performance-based campaigns.

You'll own the full affiliate lifecycle from partner acquisition and onboarding to optimization and performance analysis. • Own and grow the affiliate program by recruiting and managing affiliates, influencers, and publishers

• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, analytics, and ROI-focused strategies

• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, handling negotiations and ongoing support

• Analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize conversions

• Stay ahead of trends in affiliate marketing, tools, and competitor activity

• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with overall marketing goals

• Provide detailed performance reporting and insights to the wider team

• Represent the brand at affiliate and industry events to grow presence and partnerships

• Previous experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing preferred

• Confident using data to guide decision-making (EPC, LTV, CR, CTR, etc.)

• Skilled in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and dashboards

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable negotiating deals and managing partner expectations

• Collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude

• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident multitasker

• Fluent in English (verbal & written); other languages are a plus

• Bonus: Background in analytics, business, or marketing-related fields
