We're looking for a
Junior Project Manager
to join our team at Finera's offices in Limassol on a full-time basis. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on organization and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be the backbone of our projects, handling the essential administrative and logistical tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Bureaucratic Oversight
    : You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of all project-related paperwork, including filling out forms, preparing and assisting with submissions to various bodies, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Correspondence & Communication Management
    : You'll act as a central point of contact, keeping meticulous track of all communication between our company, external contractors, and service providers. This includes managing emails, logging phone calls, and ensuring all parties are aligned and updated.
  • Scheduling & Tracking
    : You'll monitor and update project schedules, making sure all deadlines are met. This includes tracking key milestones and dependencies to proactively identify and flag any potential delays.
  • Proactive Support
    : You'll anticipate project needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they escalate. This role requires a
    proactive approach
    to problem-solving and a knack for identifying inefficiencies.
