On behalf of a well-established investment company, we are looking for a
Junior Manager
—a unique entry-level role designed for graduates who want to make an impact, learn fast, and grow into tomorrow's managers.

This role is a true career accelerator. You'll start with the basics—office tasks, scheduling, maintaining systems, and supporting daily operations—and as you gain confidence, you'll gradually move into more impactful responsibilities such as:

  • Managing CRM and client leads
  • Supporting marketing, purchasing, trading, and operations
  • Exploring AI and automation tools to improve workflows
  • Attending meetings with partners and investors
  • Working directly with the CEO and senior management

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with ambition and energy
  • Any degree will be considered — what matters most is your drive to learn and grow
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Curious about technology and business
  • Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow

Applications without fluent Greek will not be considered
