We're are looking for an ambitious and self-driven
IT Business Analyst
to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements
    .
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for key stakeholders.
  • Translate client needs
    into clear tasks for developers and testers.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams.
  • Participate in
    sprint planning
    and follow up on deliverables.
  • Manage the product backlog & prioritize based on business value.
  • Handle change requests and follow the client's change management process.
  • Present product-related data in meetings & suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in the banking
    , financial, or insurance sector is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Agile Μethodology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)
