We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding on business systems analysis and process re-engineering. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work in enterprise client engagements
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications that will be used to enterprise architectures
  • Able to understand business workflows and processes
  • Able to help customers re-engineer their processes and build data-driven products

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team spirit
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Any experience in the following would be considered an advantage:
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in the Financial services industry
