Join an experienced team of analysts, performing business analysis on critical IT solutions for large size organizations in various sectors (including law enforcement & justice, asylum & migration, social security, lands and town planning, financial services, insurance, etc) in Cyprus and abroad.

Responsibilities

As an experienced Business Analyst, you will analyze and validate requirements from stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts. You will ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements, client requirements, technical specifications and perform user trainings. You will identify opportunities for automation of data management processes and lead initiatives to implement automation. In addition, you will carry out routine testing of software implementation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in an Information Technology related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst for software projects
  • Exposure to manual and automated testing methods and the full product development cycle from requirements through post-release
  • Relevant technical experience of data processing and data design
  • Knowledge of application delivery process and business assessment
  • Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Bugzilla)
  • Knowledge of system testing tools
  • Previous experience in public sector projects will be considered as an advantage
  • ISTQB certification or any similar testing certification will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
