About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Videographer with AI Editing experience to join our fast-paced media team. As a key player in our video production unit, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, crafting engaging narratives, and leveraging AI-driven editing tools to streamline and enhance content creation. Your work will drive our news bulletins, social media content, and high-impact brand videos, using the latest advancements in AI technology to push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography and Production

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for news segments, brand promotions, and viral content

- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both studio and field shoots

- Collaborate with scriptwriters, producers, and on-screen talent to create engaging visual stories

- Ensure all footage aligns with the company's brand identity and storytelling standards

AI Video Editing and Post-Production

- Utilize AI-powered editing tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe Sensei, Descript, Topaz AI) to enhance workflows, automate cuts, and improve visual effects

- B-roll generation/placement, Perform color grading, motion graphics, and advanced AI-driven video enhancement

- Edit high-volume content efficiently using AI-assisted tools while maintaining broadcast-level quality

- Experiment with AI-generated voiceovers, subtitles, and automated scene transitions to optimize storytelling

Content Strategy and Innovation

- Stay ahead of trends in AI-driven video production to bring cutting-edge techniques to the team

- Implement AI-based tools for script-to-video automation, deepfake enhancements, and visual storytelling

- Optimize content for multiple platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and TV broadcasts

- Work with the News Media and editorial teams to repurpose long-form content into short-form viral clips

Requirements:

- Three or more years of videography and video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and AI-driven editing

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and AI-based tools like Runway, Descript, or Synthesia

- Experience with multi-camera shooting, lighting setups, and high-quality audio recording

- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced news and content production environment

- Passion for pushing creative limits with AI-driven video production

Nice to Have

- Background in news broadcasting, gaming, or tech industries

- Experience with Virtual Production, 3D rendering, AR or VR

- Knowledge of scriptwriting and AI-generated storytelling tools
