The initial focus will be on creative automation, with the scope expanding across paid marketing, CRM, and organic workflows.This role is not just about prompting LLMs. We want someone who understands how to design, prototype, and productise agentic AI solutions that meaningfully improve marketing velocity, operational efficiency, and campaign performance.You will act as the in-house expert on where AI can create leverage across our workflows, partnering closely with engineers, data scientists, and marketers to bring solutions to life.Key Responsibilities:AI Product LeadershipOwn the product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered tools within MarTech, starting with creative operations such as asset (static and video) generation, tagging, versioning, and QABuild and scale autonomous or semi-autonomous agents to support localisation, campaign setup, QA, trend analysis, reporting, and moreAct as the team's thought leader in AI design patterns, specifically for marketing and product operationsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with developers, data engineers, and creative stakeholders to embed AI into everyday workflowsCollaborate with paid marketing, CRM, and Organic squads to identify automation opportunities and redesign existing processesExperimentation and DeploymentDefine experiments and MVPs to test and validate AI applications before scalingLead prompt engineering, tool selection, fine-tuning, and guide engineering handover for productionisationDrive adoption through internal demos, workshops, and clear documentationGovernance and EthicsEnsure all AI solutions comply with internal governance and ethical standards, including explainability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop where necessaryRequired skillsHands-on AI practitioner: You have built or product managed agentic solutions using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI Functions, Claude, or ReActProven Product Owner: You know how to write user stories, prioritise backlogs, and deliver tools in an agile, iterative environmentMarketing-aware: You understand the fundamentals of creative production, CRM, or paid media operations, and appreciate the nuance in each workflowDesign-focused: You can map and analyse processes to identify meaningful areas where AI can be applied to improve outcomesClear communicator: You are able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and influence cross-functional stakeholdersNice to haveExperience in growth, ad operations, or lifecycle marketingFamiliarity with CMS, DAM, CDP, CRM and equivalent MarTech infrastructureKnowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)Candidate journey Recruiter call --> Meet a team member --> Skills assessment--> Meet the Leadership team Why You'll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
