As wecontinue to expand, we are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Video Motion Designer tocreate engaging, high -quality 3D animations and motion visuals. The idealcandidate will be highly proficient in Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and theAdobe Creative Suite, with a strong creative mindset and the technical skillsto execute top -tier visual content across various platforms. You will work alongside otherdesigners, videographers, and marketers to develop compelling animations thatenhance brand identity, tell stories, and support campaigns. Yourrole at HFM:Create visuallystunning 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing videos, productshowcases, explainer videos, ads, and other multimedia assets.Conceptualize,design, and animate complex scenes using Blender, Cinema 4D, and/or Houdini.Apply visualstorytelling techniques to develop impactful, dynamic video content alignedwith brand and campaign objectives.Collaborate withcreative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams tounderstand project needs and deliver assets that meet business goals.Integrate 3Delements with 2D motion design and compositing using After Effects and otherAdobe Suite tools.Manage multipleprojects and workflows simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality,and deadlines.Stay up -to -datewith the latest animation trends, techniques, tools, and technologies tocontinually improve visual output.RequirementsMinimum.4 - 5 years of professional experience in 3D motion design and animation.Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).A strong portfolio demonstrating high -quality 3D animations and motion graphics work.Solid understanding of modeling, lighting, texturing, rigging, rendering, and compositing pipelines.Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail in visual storytelling and motion.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and receive feedback constructively.Self -motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team -oriented environment.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.Proficient English language skills (speaking and reading) are required for effective team collaboration and understanding project briefs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in particle effects, simulation, or procedural animationBackground in visual effects (VFX), branding, or commercial animation.Familiarity with audio syncing and motion design for social and digital campaigns.Knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.​Applicantsmust be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where theposition is based.BenefitsHybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home).22 days of Annual Leave (reachingup to 30 days per year based on years' service)Comprehensive Health& Life Insurance (from day one)Friday afternoons offin Summer (July &August)Birthday LeaveGym Membership (Larnaca)Referral BonusPaid Time Off forTraining & Education Ready to Kick Offan Exceptional Career?Join HFM and shape your future with a company that values growth, innovation and people.Sounds like you?
