We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our Fintech Accounting & Finance team (ePayments Group). This hybrid role (office + remote) requires the candidate to be based in Cyprus. The Treasury Manager will oversee the group's treasury function, ensuring timely financing, liquidity, and payments across all entities, while maintaining strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity fintech environment.

What you'll be doing

Treasury & Liquidity Management

  • Oversee and execute daily payments (bank transfers, FX transactions, payroll, vendor invoices) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and forecast group-wide cash flow to optimize liquidity and financing.
  • Manage financing facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with the group's Payments Calendar and treasury policies.

Budgeting & Approvals

  • Review and approve budgeted and unbudgeted expenses in line with company policies.
  • Participate actively in group budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor adherence to budgets and highlight variances.

Controls & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls around all types of payments.
  • Ensure proper authorization and approval workflows are followed.
  • Support internal and external audits of group companies, providing treasury-related documentation as required.

What You'll Bring To Us

  • 3+ years' experience in treasury management (cash management, payments, liquidity, financing).
  • Based in Cyprus (mandatory) with availability for hybrid work (office/remote).
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processes, controls, and banking systems.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills is a must.
