We are looking for a
Payments Manager
to join our group of companies to manage payments across regions, ensure accuracy and compliance, oversee FX and liquidity, maintain bank relationships, and drive process improvements and automation.

*Responsibilities*

• Manage all payment operations across multiple regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant transactions.
• Oversee FX transactions and hedging activities in coordination with treasury to mitigate currency risk.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, and payment service providers.
• Support financing arrangements, loan management, and liquidity planning across the group.
• Review payment reports, reconciliations, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of advanced payment systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payments, treasury, or cash operations in a multinational environment.

• Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficiency with payment platforms, ERP systems, and treasury/payment tools.
