As a Compliance Monitoring Specialist, you'll be the extra eyes and ears across client communications and tied agent activity spotting red flags, keeping standards high, and making sure policies don't just exist but work in practice.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus - fully on-site

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00

Salary range: 36,000 to 42,000 euro gross per year (depending on experience), plus bonus

• Carrying out assignments and projects from the Head of Compliance, including the development, implementation, and periodic review of company policies and procedures.
• Conducting monthly monitoring of random telephone conversations of Tied Agents with clients, as well as reviewing emails and tickets between employees and clients to detect potential breaches.
• Preparing monthly reports summarizing the results of communication monitoring for Tied Agents.
• Providing guidance and assistance to the Customer Support Department of Tied Agents on AML and Compliance matters.
• Preparing monthly and annual reports for the Head of Compliance on activities, identified issues, and actions taken.
• Collaborating with the IT team to ensure technical accuracy and adequacy of compliance data.
• Setting up and coordinating technical tasks related to compliance monitoring.
• Reviewing past monitoring reports to identify recurring issues and working with Tied Agents employees to resolve them.
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required.

• At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, AML, or Quality Control.
• University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
• Knowledge of AML and compliance regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Greek or additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• CySEC certifications would be a plus.

• Salary range of 36K to 42K Gross annually (depending on experience)
