Our services include regulatory monitoring, financial management, IT support, and operational optimization to ensure efficiency and compliance across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new PSPs, banks, and EMIs to expand payment capabilities.
  • Assist new clients with payment setup and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business development teams to streamline payment integrations.
  • Oversee onboarding timelines, track milestones, and act as the main point of contact for PSPs and financial partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of PSP agreements, onboarding procedures, and project timelines.
  • Continuously review and optimize payment processes for efficiency and automation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth PSP operations and compliance alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PSP management, payment operations, or financial services (fintech, banking, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PSPs, EMIs, banks, and settlement cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (AML, PCI DSS, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of onboarding PSPs and a solid understanding of PSP processes.
  • Familiarity with PSP reconciliation and related special requirements.
  • Understanding of payments, withdrawals, and back-office operations.
