We are looking for creative and open-minded Graphic & Web Designers who are eager to learn and demonstrate their passion through their work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large teams of developers and marketers.

Graphic & Web Designer's Requirements

  • BA in Design or any other relevant field
  • 2-3 years experience in the graphic and web design industry
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
  • Any experience in UI/UX design is a plus
  • Follow the latest design and web trends, techniques and technologies
  • Adaptable and willing to expand your knowledge and skills
  • Prioritizing tasks - project time management skills - meet deadlines 100%
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Creativity, imagination, patience and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Create website designs, page layout and digital graphics for i-Con
  • Produce animations and manipulate digital photographs
  • Create banners and pop-ups for i-Con website and application
  • Design buttons and other controls for the website
  • Create design elements for use in social media and marketing campaigns
  • Video and audio editing for various Ads used for promoting i-Con website
  • Test and optimize i-Con's website for high performance, speed, and scalability
  • Conduct market research and to consistently seek out new interactive technologies designed to improve our online presence
  • Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality, professional product to the company's agreed standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project requirements are met

Our Standards

  • Monthly fixed salary.
  • Bonus Scheme.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (flexi hour) including a 30 minute break.
  • Up to 25 days of annual leave.
  • 5 days of sick leave.
