Purpose of Role/Summary:

We are hiring a PR & Reputation Manager who knows how to build credibility, emotional security, and rational confidence in a fast-moving, high-stakes industry. Your work will help turn hesitant non-traders into long-term believers by shaping the stories and signals that matter most.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Own and protect the public reputation of the Ingot brand
  • Build a proactive media plan and calendar with clear press releases, op-eds, and interviews
  • Develop strong relationships with top-tier journalists and media outlets across MENA and global markets
  • Work closely with the social media team to align trust-building stories with engagement-driving content, creating momentum across channels
  • Monitor sentiment, share of voice, and public trust metrics with regular reporting
  • Lead crisis communications with a clear playbook, fast response, and full coordination
  • Use platforms like Trustpilot and Phishfort to resolve issues and protect brand trust
  • Identify and pursue credible, earned industry awards to reinforce our leadership
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, and leadership teams to align messaging frameworks and brand theme
  • Any other duties required by the role

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 or more years of PR or communications experience in fintech, trading, or tech
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
  • Deep knowledge of MENA markets and global media dynamics
  • Strong media relationships and a proven ability to secure earned coverage
  • Experience handling reputational risks and crisis scenarios
  • Skilled in analytics and tools that measure sentiment, reach, and SOV
  • Organized, proactive, and focused on solutions

  • Working hours are 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday (Cyprus) / 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (Dubai) / 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday (Jordan)
