Role overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Partner Relations & Onboarding Officer to support the effective integration and management of our Introducing Broker (IB) network. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless partner onboarding, smooth campaign execution, and cross departmental coordination. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Functions:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IB campaigns to ensure objectives are archived.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new IBs, including document verification, KYC/AML compliance, and account setup.
  • Collaborate with compliance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless partner integration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IB agreements, applications, and related activities.
  • Prepare and analyze regular reports on IB performance, activity, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., client referrals, trading volumes, commission payouts) and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to IB inquiries, providing professional and effective support.

Core Competencies and Required Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in partner management, client onboarding, or corporate administration, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Solid understanding of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
