Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and evolve core risk policies, including Risk Management, Trading Book, and Hedging.
  • Support the full ICARA cycle: capital & liquidity assessments, stress testing, and wind-down analysis.
  • Coordinate DORA activities covering ICT risk, incidents, and third-party controls.
  • Monitor exposures, limits, breaches, and escalations with clear reporting.
  • Develop risk metrics, stress tests, and scenario analysis for senior management.
  • Manage incident tracking, remediation actions, audits, and regulatory follow-ups.
  • Prepare Risk Committee and Board materials with clear insights and trends.

Requirements:
Must-Haves:

  • Fluent English.
  • 3–6 years' experience in risk or audit within a regulated financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of ICARA (IFR/IFD), MiFID II, EMIR, and DORA fundamentals.
  • Solid grounding in finance, markets, and quantitative concepts.
  • Strong Excel skills and proven project management capability.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • CySEC or ESMA regulatory exposure.
  • Advanced documentation and governance experience.
