Purchasing Officer
to join our passionate team.

What You'll Do:

  • Primarily draft proposals and quotes to clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding support across channels
  • Collaborate closely your sales team and manager to ensure smooth order processing
  • Solve problems swiftly and professionally, even when the pressure is on
  • Act as the friendly voice of our brand to our customers.
  • Interact daily with our suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Comfortable in both
English and Greek
(written and spoken)

Attention to detail and excellent
organizational skills

A proactive
problem solver
and reliable
team player

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

Bonus Qualities:

Familiarity with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
is a big plus

Strong understanding of maritime and port operations

Experience in sales or in the shipping industry
