We are hiring a Support Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills to resolve IT-related issues effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills to diagnose problems and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer support and service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing tasks independently.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting field operations (onsite and remote support).
  • Implementation of IT solutions.
  • Daily operations and maintenance activities.
  • Helpdesk support and generating reports.
  • Troubleshooting and testing equipment.
  • Offering technical support to clients.
  • Applying company IMS requirements and suggesting improvement actions when necessary.
