We are seeking to recruit a part-time Copy Room Operator to join our growing team at PASCAL Private Kindergarten & Primary School Lemesos.

Requirements

  • Handle the operation of copiers and associated devices to duplicate documents, worksheets, presentations and other educational material
  • Accept copying and printing requests from both teaching and non-teaching staff, organising tasks by priority, and ensuring the timely fulfilment of these jobs
  • Maintain records of paper, toner and other essential supplies, restocking as necessary, and coordinating with responsible parties for inventory management
  • Coordinate the ordering, distribution and storage of stationary supplies for the school, ensuring timely fulfilment as needed
  • Exhibit expertise in operating and managing the necessary equipment
  • Preserve the confidentiality and security of all sensitive materials encountered, following the school's guidelines on data protection and privacy
  • Deliver outstanding service by responding to queries, resolving problems, and meeting special requests, as needed
  • Cooperate effectively with all involved parties to seek ways to enhance the efficiency of printing and copying services and make better use of resources
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support in the day-to-day operations of the school if deemed necessary
  • Attend meetings and school events when required
  • Undertake whatever other duties assigned by the Assistant Head Teacher / Head Teachers or the Director which are in line with the position but are not stated herein
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree in Office Administration or a similar field will be considered an advantage
  • Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantange
  • Proficiency in office management (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek Languages
