Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, manage IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will handle incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain an excellent level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on L1/L2 IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform system imaging, deployment, and maintenance of Windows 10/11 environments.
Manage Active Directory (AD) – user creation, access control, and group policies.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, email setups, and VPN access.
Support Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools.
Ensure incident and request management via ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in hardware/software procurement.
Support meeting room setups and basic AV/VA troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers or vendors when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in desktop or technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Experience with network basics (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
