Site Engineers
to join their growing teams based in either Nicosia or Limassol. As a
Site Engineer
, you will plan, control and monitor the actual execution of all related works of the project, to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.

Main responsibilities:

Review all contract documentation and related project materials in detail.

  • Coordinate and arrange all requirements for site establishment.
  • Manage labour, materials, machinery, equipment, and all project resources to ensure full compliance with contract conditions.
  • Prepare detailed materials schedules.
  • Plan and programme the works in line with contractual requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the specified standards.
  • Control and reduce costs through effective management and innovative solutions.
  • Execute all works strictly in accordance with the contract provisions.
  • Oversee and ensure full implementation of the site Health, Safety, and Environmental plan.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5years+' relevant experience in construction.
  • Member of ETEK or Working towards membership.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English languages both written and oral
  • Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express

Package:

  • €40,000 - €65,000
    base salary dependent on experience
  • 13th salary & Annual bonus
  • Provident Fund
