We're Hiring: QA/QC Coordinator – Luxury Real Estate & Construction

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for quality and a background in construction or site engineering? Join our team and help uphold the exceptional standards behind our luxury real estate and construction projects.

We are looking for a QA/QC Coordinator to support and oversee quality processes across multiple high-end developments. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level candidate
who enjoys working in a structured, quality-focused environment. The position is primarily office-based with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of QA/QC procedures across ongoing projects.
  • Review drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection reports.
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and tracking logs.
  • Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
  • Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in construction or site engineering is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and technical documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with site and office teams.
