Feodor is a technology startup founded in 2022, developing payment solutions for clients in the financial industry. We create innovative payment methods and continuously enhance transaction security and reliability. Our partners can accept payments from their clients across different regions using our payment infrastructure.

To support the launch and development of our products, we are expanding our marketing capabilities.

Your role at Feodor

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Cyprus.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy for the crypto exchange platform, coordinating marketing vendors, ensuring the quality and performance of their work, and delivering measurable results across SEO, SMM, influencer outreach, email marketing, and paid traffic acquisition.

Your primary task is to ensure effective online promotion of our products, increase targeted traffic, attract high-quality user registrations and potential partners, and prepare the platform for a successful launch.

You will
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy

• Develop a clear, measurable strategy for promoting our products using SEO, SMM, influencer marketing, email, and paid channels.
• Prioritise channels, set goals, and analyse competitors in the p2p crypto market.
• Ensure all communication aligns with regulatory specifics of crypto and high-risk industries.

Coordinate external vendors

• Select and onboard agencies and specialists for SEO, SMM, content and email.
• Prepare briefs with objectives and timelines, maintain alignment across all channels.
• Hold regular check-ins to track progress and adjust priorities.

Monitor performance and reporting

• Review vendor reports on traffic, rankings, engagement and conversions.
• Check KPI achievement and provide feedback to improve results.
• Deliver a concise monthly performance summary for leadership.

Manage email marketing

• Define email flows for onboarding, updates and feature releases.
• Approve content, control campaign launches and analyse open and click rates.
• Optimise email performance based on data.

Oversee seo and SMM activities

• Validate seo activities such as keyword research, optimisation and landing pages.
• Approve SMM content plans for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Telegram.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across channels.

Manage budget and internal collaboration

• Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation.
• Work closely with product, development and legal teams to keep messaging accurate and compliant.
• Collect feedback on lead quality and refine strategy when needed.

What makes you a great fit

Experience & Skills

• ~3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 1–2 years in a managerial or vendor-coordination role.
• Good understanding of SEO, SMM, email marketing, content creation, and paid acquisition (at the level of task-setting and quality control).
• Strong analytical skills: proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance metrics across marketing channels.
• Experience preparing briefs, checking reports, and managing contractors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple vendors simultaneously.
• Understanding of the crypto market, P2P exchanges, and specifics of high-risk industries is a strong advantage.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• Familiarity with digital marketing funnels and performance-driven acquisition.
• Ability to interpret analytics dashboards and propose data-driven improvements.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory considerations relevant to fintech and crypto.

Languages

• English — Upper Intermediate or higher
• Russian — Advanced
