We are looking for a senior, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist – PPC Specialist with proven experience in regulated fintech environments. This role is responsible for managing and scaling paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and selected emerging platforms. 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Own and actively manage performance-driven PPC campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• TikTok Ads and other relevant paid channels.
• Plan, execute, scale, and optimize campaigns focused on quality acquisition, not vanity metrics.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing with clear ROI, CAC, CPA, and ROAS accountability.
• Build, optimize, and iterate: Funnel structures, Audience targeting and exclusions, Creative testing frameworks.
• Work closely with creative, CRM, automation, analytics, and product teams to improve conversion and retention outcomes.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform rules and financial advertising regulations applicable to forex, CFDs, crypto, or other financial instruments.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and produce clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify scaling opportunities and underperforming areas, and act accordingly without supervision.
• Stay ahead of platform, regulatory, and industry changes affecting fintech advertising.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience
• Direct experience in fintech, forex, CFD, crypto, trading, or other regulated financial industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing significant paid media budgets with performance accountability.
• Deep understanding of: Lead generation vs. funded accounts, Deposit quality, retention, and lifetime value, Platform-specific restrictions for financial ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into concrete actions.
• Experience working with attribution and analytics tools (GA4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, similar).
• Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory).
• Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize efficiently, and manage pressure in a performance-driven environment.
