We're looking for a
Client Management Officer
to join our growing team in
Cyprus

What You'll Be Doing

This is not just paperwork. It's about becoming the bridge between our clients and our technology, making sure every account setup runs smoothly, securely, and successfully. You'll play a key role in delivering a world-class onboarding experience while working closely with Sales, Compliance, and other internal teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the first point of contact via email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide thoughtful, timely solutions
  • Guide clients through our trading platforms with clarity
  • Handle onboarding and account support
  • Collaborate across teams to elevate client feedback
  • Follow up on service concerns and log product issues
  • Offer proactive support , not just reactive answers

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in English (any other language is a bonus)
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in FX, KYC, or AML? Even better, but we're happy to train the right person
  • Confident communicator across chat, phone, and email
  • Calm under pressure and driven by a people-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and a team player
