The Payments Solutions & Onboarding Specialist will lead the onboarding and commercial enablement of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end PSP onboarding (vendor selection, NDAs, KYC, and due diligence)
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure readiness and approval
  • Maintain vendor documentation and onboarding trackers
  • Support Head of Payments with commercial negotiations and RFPs
  • Ensure timely activation and tracking of PSP integrations
  • Develop PSP scorecards and post-go-live performance assessments
  • Oversee monthly balance confirmations across all PSPs, validating balances against internal data and PSP reports
  • Escalate discrepancies, coordinate with Finance and PSPs for resolution, and maintain audit-ready records
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align payment solutions with strategy
  • Identify and escalate compliance or risk issues
  • Contribute to PSP portfolio optimisation and market coverage expansion

Requirements

  • More than 2 years' experience in payments, fintech, or PSP management
  • Solid knowledge of KYC, due diligence, and vendor onboarding
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Legal
  • Experience managing vendors within regulated environments
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / PSP dashboard tools / Jira / Confluence
