About the Company:

We are a fully licensed and regulated company operating in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Our commitment to compliance, innovation, and excellence drives our success. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and develop our HR function in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and regulatory framework.


• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.


• Ensure HR policies and procedures are in full compliance with local labor laws and the company's regulatory obligations.


• Partner with senior leadership to shape and promote a strong corporate culture.


• Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier professionals.


• Implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and organizational success.


• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections related to HR practices.


• Advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters, resolving issues efficiently and fairly.


• Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction across departments.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a regulated industry (e.g. financial services, fintech, or gaming).


• Strong understanding of Cypriot labor laws and regulatory requirements.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.


• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement operational solutions.


• Fluency in English; Greek is considered an advantage.


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
