We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human resources team. This role is ideal for a professional with
2 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment /talents acquisition experience
. You will be instrumental in ensuring a high-quality, positive experience for every candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to senior-level roles across assigned departments. This includes intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Develop, implement, and refine creative
sourcing strategies
to proactively build a diverse and sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Internal ATS system, and targeted networking. - Serve as a reliable talent advisor to
hiring managers
, conducting thorough intake meetings, setting clear expectations, and providing data-driven updates on recruitment progress and market insights. - Ensure an exceptional, high-touch experience for all applicants, providing clear, timely communication and representing our company culture with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain accuracy of candidate and job data within the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
. Assist in analyzing key metrics like time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source-of-hire.
Qualifications
- Experience:
2-3 years of dedicated experience
in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar high-volume HR role, preferably managing a
full-cycle recruiting load
. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and standard office productivity suites (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
