Job Overview
The Website Product Owner will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the company's websites, ensuring they deliver strong business value, exceptional user experience, and alignment with brand and marketing goals. This role bridges technical execution and creative strategy, working closely with the development team, creative studio, copywriters, and translation specialists to deliver effective, high-performing websites.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the company's websites, prioritising initiatives based on business goals and user insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams (creative studio, copywriters, translation team) to plan and coordinate website design, content updates, and campaigns.
• Manage the website development lifecycle, from idea conception through implementation, testing, and launch.
• Ensure consistent brand experience and content quality across all global sites.
• Use analytics and user data to inform decisions, optimise performance, and measure the impact of changes.
• Oversee testing and deployment processes, coordinating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain an organised backlog of enhancements, features, and technical improvements.
• Communicate status updates, priorities, and release plans to stakeholders across teams.

• Degree in Marketing, Computer science, Digital Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or similar role managing website projects.
• Excellent command of the English language. 
• Strong understanding of web technologies (CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, copywriters, and localisation teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to balance technical and creative priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and backlog management systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
